Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- The wrong product was received.
- The order arrived significantly damaged.
- There was an issue caused directly by our preparation or packaging
To request assistance, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photography of the issue.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method.
